The Reykjanes peninsula is a geothermal marvel, characterized by an abundance of lighthouses and high-temperature geothermal areas. Nowhere else on Earth is the junction between the European and American tectonic plates as visibly prominent as on the Reykjanes peninsula. The area offers a many recreational activities within its dramatic, rugged landscape, featuring volcanic craters, caves, lava fields, geothermal waters, and hot springs. 

Our journey will take us to Kleifarvatn lake, continues with a visit to the Gunnuhver mud boiling pool, and then proceeds to the sulfuric fields of the Krysuvik geothermal area. Reykjanes offers numerous points of interest, including Sandvik, where you can traverse the bridge connecting the two continents, the Reykjanesviti lighthouse, and the wind-carved cliffs of Krysuvikurbjarg. This tour is entirely customizable and typically lasts 3-5 hours.
